My Coaching Mission

My mission is to bring forth personal and financial awareness to striving entrepreneurs, business women and young families who are determined to achieve lasting financial independence and security.

By providing behavioral solutions, practical financial guidance and my unwavering support, I empower my clients to lead more peaceful lives.

My Coaching Vision

My Vision is to leave every client I coach financially better than I found them, so they can finally and forever feel at peace with money.

More about the Money Coach

My money story began at the age of 7 when I decided to sell my slightly used magazines and earn some pocket money.

At 16, I got my first summer job and became financially independent. My parents were lucky to have a teenager who didn’t ask them for money!

I paid my high-school and university tuition fees with government loans and bursaries, along with my summer jobs savings.

At 21, I graduated from my undergraduate studies with approx. $17,000 of student loans. I worked for a few years as an IT consultant in California during the dot com boom. By 23, I was able to completely pay off my student loans and had enough savings to pursue my Masters in England.

During my studies in London, I started using my own custom-made spreadsheets to track my expenses and I have been doing so ever since. I have been budgeting using my spreadsheets for the past 15 years.

I have an extensive education and professional experience in the financial industry.

I earned a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Certificate in Treasury/Finance from McGill University, complemented with a Masters degree in International Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, England. In addition, I have successfully completed various courses with the Canadian Securities Institute, such as The Canadian Investments Funds course, The Branch Compliance Officer course and most recently, The Fundamentals of Personal Finance.

I have strengthened my financial knowledge by holding multiple positions at the Royal Bank of Canada and the Bank of Montreal, over an 8-year period. I have acquired a wide professional experience in personal loans and mortgages, investments, mutual funds and savings products.

So the main reason I decided to pursue money coaching as a career is because I’m a big believer in living with the relaxed peace of mind that comes from being debt free. I’m a very financially responsible person, my family lives a completely debt-free life and I have never once paid interest on a credit card. Most importantly, I’m passionate about teaching others how to get out of debt.

Through one-on-one coaching sessions, I uncover your spending habits and I establish a realistic personal budget that fits your unique lifestyle. I ensure that you are progressing in the right direction through regular support sessions.

I approach my clients’ financial challenges with a lot of empathy, compassion and understanding. Facing your money struggles while you have my devoted support will feel therapeutic, safe and easy.
